Prayer for Forgiveness of Sins-Catholic

Lord, I offer unto You all my sins and offenses, which I have committed from the day wherein I first could sin and even to this hour. I ask you to consume and burn my sins, one and all, with the fire of Your love and do away all the stains of my sins.

Cleanse my conscience from all offenses, and restore to me Your grace, fully forgive me and admit me mercifully into Your peace.

I offer up also to You all that is good in me, though it is very small and imperfect, in order that You may amend and sanctify it, and make it acceptable to You, always be perfecting it more and more; and bring me also, to a good and blessed end. Amen. — Adapted from a prayer by Thomas à Kempis
